How plans, trials and add-ons work.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan is month to month with no setup fee.
What does the 14-day free trial include?
Full access to the plan you choose, with your own inventory, memos and clients. If it is not the right fit, you pay nothing.
How does payment work after the trial?
You choose your plan and enter your billing details from your Atelier account. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account at any time.
How do extra users work?
Each plan includes a set number of users, and you can add more at any time, billed monthly. Starter includes 2 users, then $29 per extra user a month. Professional includes 5 users, then $39 per extra user a month. Enterprise includes 10 users, then $39 per extra user a month.
Can I add Professional features to Starter?
Yes. AI memo scanning, clients and campaigns, the customer portal and Live Rap comparison can each be added to Starter for $39 a month, billed with your plan.
